Secure data pull
Read-only API connections to your CRM, accounting software and Google Business Profile collect the week's raw data automatically. No one exports a spreadsheet. No one logs in manually.
Every Monday at 07:00 your phone shows one page: jobs done, margin per job, outstanding invoices, review score and team utilisation. No dashboard to log into. No spreadsheet to maintain. Just the numbers, ready before the kettle boils.
Most construction and home-services directors finish the week without a clear picture of what happened: jobs completed, margin per job, outstanding invoices, review score, team utilisation. We automate that single-page summary and deliver it every Monday morning before 07:00. One sheet, every metric that matters, no manual work. The report pulls from your CRM, accounting software and Google Business Profile via secure read-only connections, normalises the data and formats it into a fixed layout you can read in under three minutes. No dashboards to log into, no spreadsheets to maintain.

Read-only API connections to your CRM, accounting software and Google Business Profile collect the week's raw data automatically. No one exports a spreadsheet. No one logs in manually.
Our pipeline converts currencies, merges job stages and calculates the KPIs you care about: margin, utilisation, outstanding receivables and review velocity. The logic is fixed and auditable.
The normalised data populates a locked template — one page, always the same structure — so you scan it in the same order every week and spot anomalies instantly.
The report lands in your inbox as a PDF and, optionally, as a shared Google Sheet row, before your working day starts. If the pipeline fails, you receive an alert, not silence.
Discipline in format prevents report fatigue. A fixed layout means your eye goes straight to the number that changed. We refuse to add tabs or sub-pages.
Every metric is pulled automatically via API. The moment a director has to export a CSV, the system has failed its purpose.
Revenue is vanity. We surface gross margin per job type so you see which work is actually profitable and which is filling the diary at a loss.
Your Google Business Profile rating and new review count appear alongside financial data. Reputation and revenue belong on the same page.
If a source API is down or returns anomalous data, the system flags it rather than sending a report with silent gaps or wrong figures.
Read-only connections, data minimisation and UK-hosted processing. No customer personal data leaves the approved pipeline. ICO guidance applied from day one.
Most construction directors make pricing, hiring and marketing decisions on gut feel or on numbers they last checked a month ago. By the time you realise a job type is unprofitable, you've already sold twenty more. A weekly single-page report closes that lag. It isn't a dashboard you'll forget to open — it arrives uninvited, on time, every Monday.

We connect to your existing tools, pull last week's data and show you what your first report would look like — before you commit to anything. Free, no obligation, delivered within 48 hours.
Every decision we make has a verifiable source behind it.
74% of calls to home-services firms go unanswered.
Across 130,175 calls. Missed calls are often a staffing or routing problem — visible only when you track job volume against team capacity weekly.
Blocking AI bots cuts monthly visits by 23.1%.
Reports that surface structured business data publicly (case studies, project pages) feed AI citation. Blocking crawlers silences that channel entirely.
+340% AI impressions after deploying our full operations stack.
Across sister brands over 12 months. Weekly reports feed the content pipeline that AI engines later cite — operational data becomes marketing authority.
We don't ask you to trust us. Here's the official documentation and research this service is built on.

| Data freshness | Whatever was exported last | Last 7 days, always current |

| Failure alerting | Silent gaps go unnoticed | Alert if pipeline or source fails |
We connect to your existing tools wherever you operate. Each business gets a report configured for its own job types, margin structure and local market. Multi-location firms receive a consolidated view alongside individual-site breakdowns.
We map your current data sources (CRM, accounting, GBP), confirm API access and agree the six to ten KPIs that go on your report. Read-only credentials are set up and tested.
The data normalisation and calculation logic is built and run against historical data to validate accuracy. You review the output before any live delivery.
The single-page template is finalised with your brand colours and logo. Two test deliveries run — you approve format and figures before the system goes live.
First live Monday delivery. We walk you through how to read the report in under three minutes and what each metric should trigger in your week.

Thirty minutes by video or phone. No jargon. The team answers with data from your business on the table.
Talk to the teamWe connect to any system with a read-only API. Most commonly: Xero or QuickBooks for financials, Tradify or Jobber for job management, and Google Business Profile for review data. If your software is not on that list, we check its API documentation before the setup call — most modern trade software has one.
All connections are read-only — we can never write, edit or delete anything in your source systems. Data is processed on UK-hosted infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and not retained beyond the reporting window. The pipeline is designed to meet UK GDPR data minimisation requirements, and we document the lawful basis (legitimate interest) in a data processing agreement included with every contract.
Your CRM shows CRM data. Your accounting software shows accounting data. Our report pulls both into a single page alongside your review score, so you see the business as a whole rather than as three separate tabs. The other difference is delivery: you don't log in, it arrives. A dashboard you have to remember to open will be ignored within a month.
Yes, within the single-page constraint. During setup we agree six to ten metrics. We do not add tabs, charts or sub-pages — the discipline of one page is the product. If you want to add a metric later, we drop one of similar weight to keep the format scannable in under three minutes.
The pipeline detects the failure and sends you an alert by 06:00 Monday rather than a report with silent gaps. The alert tells you which source failed, what data is missing and what the fallback behaviour is. We do not deliver a report that silently omits key figures.
Yes. Multi-location firms receive a consolidated single-page view plus individual-site breakdowns as separate pages. Each location's margin, utilisation and review score are visible independently and in aggregate. Setup time is proportionally longer, but the weekly delivery cost is the same flat fee.
Directly, yes. The structured business data in your reports — job types, completion rates, margin bands — can populate case study and project pages on your site using the same schema.org markup we use for GEO. AI engines like ChatGPT and Gemini then have verified, structured evidence of your work to cite. Operational data becomes marketing authority.
Fourteen days on average from signed contract to first live Monday delivery. Week one is API connections and KPI agreement; week two is pipeline build and historical validation; week three is template finalisation and test deliveries; week four is live. If your source systems have unusual APIs or no direct integration, we add up to five working days.
Yes. The report processes business operational data — job counts, revenue, margin, review scores — rather than customers' personal data directly. Where personal data does flow through (for example, job-level records linked to a customer name), we configure data minimisation so only the aggregated metric reaches the report. A data processing agreement documenting the lawful basis is included with every contract.
One page. Fixed sections, top to bottom: week reference and market context (two lines), financial summary (revenue, margin, outstanding receivables), operational summary (jobs completed, team utilisation, average job value), reputation (review score, new reviews this week, trend), and a single flagged item — the one metric that moved most and deserves attention. No charts. No colour coding. Scannable in under three minutes.
We tell you if AI cites you today, why not, and the three things to move first. With your business data on the table. Document in 24h.
